Low Code Developer

The Business & Industry Copilots group at Microsoft is a rapidly growing organization responsible for Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, AI Builder, and Microsoft Industry Solutions. As a Low Code Developer, you'll be at the forefront of innovation, working with cutting-edge technologies to develop and deploy advanced automated workflows and integrate AI agents within production services.

You'll be joining the Customer Experience (CXP) Engineering team, focusing on building next-generation applications running on Dynamics 365, AI, Copilot, and various Microsoft cloud services. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop complete, Copilot-enabled application scenarios across all devices and form factors.

The position offers an exciting opportunity to work in an agile, high-energy environment where you'll leverage Azure & Power Platform to ensure robust and efficient solutions. You'll be responsible for developing low-code/no-code solutions, managing AI integrations, and serving as a bridge between business and technical teams.

Key aspects of the role include:

• Developing and deploying low-code solutions using platforms like Power Apps and Power Automate
• Configuring and managing AI solutions including chatbots
• Collaborating with stakeholders to translate business objectives into technical specifications
• Leading design and code reviews while establishing technical best practices
• Providing training and support for low-code/no-code solutions
