Software Engineer II - CTJ - Poly

Microsoft Security is seeking a Software Engineer II to join their Purview solutions team, focusing on integrated coverage for data protection and governance. This role is critical in ensuring the consistent and efficient delivery of Microsoft Purview solutions across specialized environments, including Government and Sovereign clouds.

The position sits within Microsoft's Security organization, which is dedicated to making the world a safer place through end-to-end, simplified security solutions. The team works on protecting digital technology platforms, devices, and clouds in heterogeneous environments, while also securing Microsoft's internal estate.

As a Software Engineer II, you'll be responsible for designing and implementing large-scale data pipelines and services, working with cutting-edge cloud-native technologies and distributed systems. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions while ensuring scalability, availability, and security.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with 2+ years of technical engineering experience. Candidates must have an active U.S. Government Top Secret Clearance with SCI access and U.S. citizenship due to the nature of the work with government agencies.
