Microsoft's Customer Experience & Success (CE&S) organization, with over 17,000 employees worldwide, is seeking a Technical Support Engineer for Teams/SFB in Seoul, Korea. This role is part of their mission to empower customers to accelerate business value through differentiated customer experiences.

The position focuses on providing technical support for Microsoft Teams and Skype for Business Server products. The ideal candidate will need to possess a strong understanding of Teams products, development background, and troubleshooting skills for Skype for Business Server. This hybrid role offers up to 50% work from home flexibility with 0-25% travel requirements.

The role involves owning and resolving customer technical issues, collaborating across teams, and contributing to product improvements. You'll be responsible for building communities with peer delivery roles, sharing knowledge, and developing technical proficiency through training and readiness.

Key qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT with relevant experience, or equivalent experience in technical support. Fluency in Korean and confident English skills are required. The role specifically demands over 3 years of experience with SFB/Teams and a development background in languages like C++ and C#.

  • Fluent in Korean (reading, writing, speaking)
  • Confident in English (reading, writing, speaking)
  • Over 3 years work experience on SFB/Teams
  • Development background in C++, C#
  • High level of understanding of Teams products
