Founding AI Engineer

Middleware is seeking a talented and experienced AI/ML founding engineer to join their team. This role is crucial in building AI capabilities for their observability platform to automatically detect and fix issues. The position offers an opportunity to shape the future of DevOps in the AI age.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement ML models for identifying, diagnosing, and automatically resolving system issues
• Own the complete AI/ML pipeline from data collection to deployment
• Integrate AI solutions with existing observability infrastructure

• Partner with product, backend, and DevOps teams
• Contribute to foundational architecture decisions
