Description For Tech Lead (Node.js)

Mindera is seeking a talented and experienced Tech Lead with a strong background in Node.js development to join their team. As a Tech Lead, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of developers, while also contributing to the design, development, and maintenance of innovative software solutions.

In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements, design scalable architectures, and ensure the quality and performance of the codebase. You will also have the opportunity to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in Node.js development.
