Founding Engineer

MindFort is building fully autonomous AI agents powered by their in-house models that can find, exploit, and patch complex vulnerabilities in web applications at massive scale. As a Founding Engineer, you'll join a dynamic team focused on building scalable security solutions.

You'll be responsible for:

• Designing and developing modular, reusable components using React.js and TypeScript
• Building and maintaining complex features focusing on performance and scalability
• Creating APIs in Python to power AI Agents
• Working with database systems, particularly PostgreSQL
• Implementing frontend architecture best practices and optimization techniques
• Contributing to the development of autonomous security agents

The ideal candidate has:

• Minimum 2 years of experience with a CS degree or related field
• Strong knowledge of Python, TypeScript, React.js, and API design
• Experience with frontend architecture and performance optimization
• Understanding of database systems and SQL efficiency
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD practices, and Agile methodologies
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams

Nice to have skills:

• Experience building AI applications and products
• Understanding of Agentic Architectures
• Background in Cybersecurity and web vulnerabilities
• Experience with microservices and distributed systems
• Knowledge of LLM models and inference architecture
• Strong design principles for AI product interfaces
