As a Founding Machine Learning Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of developing cutting-edge AI solutions that help mining companies optimize their exploration efforts.

The role offers an exciting opportunity to work with massive geological datasets and design sophisticated model architectures. You'll be responsible for implementing training schemes that maximize performance and building systems for automated data parsing. Working closely with the Mineflow team, you'll continuously improve model training and inference accuracy while optimizing latency.

The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or Mathematics, along with hands-on experience in training and deploying machine learning models. Your familiarity with ML state-of-the-art and recent publications will be crucial in pushing the boundaries of what's possible in geological prediction models.
