Software Engineer

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Software Engineer to join their Guardian Command development team, which provides mission-critical software to UK emergency service agencies. The role focuses on developing control room and mobile solutions, including Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) and Mobile Data systems. This is a primarily remote position based out of Leicester, UK, with occasional travel required.

The position offers an opportunity to work on Guardian CAD, a highly successful product used 24/7 by emergency service agencies. As a Full Stack developer, you'll be working with C#.NET backend and ReactJS/TypeScript frontend technologies. The role involves collaborating within an agile delivery team to design, develop, and maintain mission-critical software solutions.

The ideal candidate should have 3+ years of full-stack development experience, strong understanding of software engineering principles, and experience with automated testing. The role requires either existing NPPV3 clearance or willingness to undergo security clearance.
