As a Cloud Security Engineer, you will be responsible for developing, testing, and deploying security controls across Azure, AWS, and GCP cloud platforms. Your expertise will be crucial in evaluating and implementing cloud security requirements, working closely with vendors and partner squads to enhance the company's cloud security posture.
Key responsibilities include generating compliance reports, remediating configuration drifts, and leading continuous improvement efforts for security tools and processes. You'll also play a vital role in researching and implementing new technologies to evolve security capabilities, as well as troubleshooting and fixing bugs in managed security solutions.
The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of at least one major Cloud Service Provider, understand the Shared Responsibility Model, and have experience with CSPM and SaaS 3rd party solutions. Strong scripting skills in PowerShell, Python, and Bash are essential, as is familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform.

Responsibilities For Cloud Security Engineer (Multi-Cloud)
- Developing, testing, and deploying Azure/AWS/GCP Security Controls across cloud tenants through 3rd party SaaS solutions
- Evaluating cloud security requirements and implementing Detective cloud controls
- Working with vendors and partner squads to develop, deploy, and test Cloud security services
- Developing and generating compliance reports for cloud infrastructure drift management
- Working with resource owners to remediate configuration drifts
- Defining priorities and leading continuous improvement efforts of security tools, systems and processes
- Researching and implementing newer technologies to evolve security capabilities
- Integrating, configuring, documenting, and deploying compliant infrastructure in the Cloud platform
- Troubleshooting problems and fixing bugs in owned or managed security solutions
- Collaborating with Risk Management, Security Architecture, and Cyber Incident Response teams
- Working in a globally distributed team to provide innovative Cloud-centric solutions
Requirements For Cloud Security Engineer (Multi-Cloud)
- Deep knowledge of at least one major Cloud Service Provider (Azure, AWS, GCP)
- Understanding of the Shared Responsibility Model and cloud security risks
- Experience developing across the security assurance lifecycle
- Experience configuring native CSP security tooling and capabilities
- Experience with CSPM and SaaS 3rd party solutions
- Understanding of OPA/REGO
- Azure, AWS and/or GCP Certifications
- Security certification (CISSP, GIAC, CISM, OSCP or equivalent)
- Experience with configuration and patch management using automated tools
- Knowledge of governance, risk and cybersecurity frameworks
- Familiarity with standard Azure/AWS/GCP security tooling
- Deep understanding of DevOps processes and workflows
- Working knowledge of Secure SDLC process
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tooling like Terraform
- Strong in scripting languages (PowerShell, Python, Bash)
- Experience creating technical architecture documentation
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in IT Service Management
- Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Good command of English
- Hungarian citizenship and language skills
