Autumn/Winter Internship Program - Software Engineer

Netcetera's 2024 Autumn/Winter Internship Program is now open for software engineers. This four-month, part-time internship offers hands-on experience working on real projects using the latest technologies. Interns will be guided by dedicated mentors and supported by expert colleagues. The program includes an onboarding process, equipment provision, learning initiatives, and training. Netcetera emphasizes a culture of caring, fun, and knowledge exchange, prioritizing interns' health, safety, and well-being. The company embraces an inclusive and diverse work environment.

Interns can choose to focus on one of the following development areas:

• Web development with Java & Spring Boot
• Frontend development with React, Angular or Svelte
• Mobile development for iOS with Swift
• Mobile development for Android with Kotlin or Java
• Deployment and operations with Kubernetes, Rancher, and AWS

Tasks include:

• Familiarizing with the assigned project ecosystem and mission
• Working on regular development stories coordinated by a dedicated mentor
• Using provided tools and established development processes
• Participating in team coordination meetings and events

The internship offers a hybrid working model, allowing interns to choose between remote work or working from a Netcetera office, with flexible working hours. This demonstrates the company's commitment to achieving a suitable work-life balance.

Requirements:

• Must be a student in computer science
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Familiarity with or interest in web applications, mobile applications, Docker containers, or Kubernetes cloud deployment
