iOS Software Engineer (E5), Consumer Engineering

Netflix is seeking a Software Engineer to drive innovations in the member experience space by delivering delightful experiences to Netflix subscribers on the iOS app. The role involves working on highly visible product experiences and core infrastructure that enables existing and future innovations. The ideal candidate should be product-minded, detail-oriented, and able to drive scalable technical solutions that align with business goals.

Key responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with developers and product teams to build delightful, performant, and accessible consumer-facing experiences.
• Contributing to product features, core infrastructure, and A/B tests using UIKit, Core Animation, and Foundation APIs in Swift.
• Developing highly maintainable iOS client code with effective documentation.
• Writing automated tests with XCTest and XCUITest frameworks to deliver high-quality code.
• Partnering closely with product management and designers to refine UI specifications and collaborate with partner engineering teams on shared infrastructure.
