As a Program Manager in this role, you'll oversee key initiatives within N-Tech Engineering, planning and designing programs, monitoring progress, and coordinating activities to ensure strategic success. You'll lead strategic planning for a complex software engineering portfolio, manage multiple projects, and influence stakeholders to adopt improved workflows. The ideal candidate has 7+ years of experience in project and program management, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment. You'll work on innovative technologies like Generative AI and contribute to shaping the future of Netflix's engineering initiatives.
