Netflix is seeking a Software Engineer L6 for their Ads Measurement team. This role involves building systems and integrations that enable advertisers to quantify campaign outcomes on Netflix's new ad-supported tier. The ideal candidate will have experience with large-scale 3p measurement integrations, 1st party solutions for campaign outcomes, and familiarity with clean rooms and privacy-enhancing technology. Key responsibilities include managing integrations for verification, reach, brand studies, and attribution, as well as developing cloud-based applications. The role requires broad knowledge of ad tech, programmatic advertising, and digital marketing trends. Responsibilities For Software Engineer L6 - Ads Measurement
- Build systems and integrations that enable advertisers to quantify campaign outcomes
- Manage large-scale 3p measurement integrations

Requirements For Software Engineer L6 - Ads Measurement
- Experience managing large-scale 3p measurement integrations for verification, reach, brand studies, and attribution
- Experience with building out 1st party solutions for advertisers to understand campaign outcomes
- Familiarity with clean rooms and industry-leading privacy-enhancing technology for multi-party data sharing
- Broad knowledge of ad tech and advertising landscape, programmatic advertising, and digital marketing trends
- Experience working closely with ad operations to enable campaign setup, measurement, targeting, reporting, and advertiser needs
- Developed many cloud-based applications and comfortable with modern programming languages (preferably object-oriented)
- Familiar with A/B testing and experimentation
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
