- Monitor and handle customer requests

Requirements For Solutions Support Engineer (L5) - JS Platform
- Minimum of 5 years of professional support or engineering experience with JavaScript technologies
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript and Node.js
- Experience with HTML5, CSS3, and Web APIs
- Familiarity with frontend build tools (Webpack, Babel, npm, Yarn)
- Understanding of responsive design principles
- Experience with design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)
- Proficiency in front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js)
- Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices
- Understanding of authentication mechanisms (OAuth, JWT)
- Strong Git and GitHub knowledge
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
