Infrastructure Engineer

As an Infrastructure Engineer, you'll join a pioneering team that's working to restore movement to the paralyzed and sight to the blind while revolutionizing human-digital interaction.

The Infrastructure Team plays a crucial role in building the foundation that enables the company to operate efficiently and securely. Working with both cloud-based and on-premises systems, you'll support a diverse user base ranging from technical engineers to medical professionals. The role demands expertise in various technologies, including Rust, Python, Terraform, Kubernetes, and AWS, while working across all layers of the work environment stack.

Your responsibilities will span from deploying physical hardware on the manufacturing line to developing custom tooling for streaming neural recordings from implants. You'll be instrumental in developing foundations for BCI experiences, enhancing developer tooling, building HITL testing infrastructure, and architecting both on-premise and cloud solutions.

The position requires strong experience with Infrastructure as Code tools, compiled languages (particularly Rust), cryptographic protocols, Linux systems, and modern networking. You'll need to demonstrate the ability to architect and deliver infrastructure solutions efficiently from concept to implementation.
