MS-ServiceNow Senior Software Engineer - Service Portal

The position involves leading and mentoring a team of Software Engineers while implementing customizations based on functional and technical requirements. You'll work on large-scale, complex professional services projects, interfacing with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions. The role requires strong expertise in ServiceNow ITSM, Service Portal, and CSM processes.

As a Senior Engineer, you'll be responsible for configuring integrations, maintaining service maps, and ensuring quality through user acceptance testing. The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of ServiceNow implementation experience, strong integration knowledge (REST/SOAP), and deep understanding of ServiceNow scripting and CMDB processes.
