The Product Engineer- Integrations role offers a unique opportunity to lead strategic technical partnerships and shape the company's integration ecosystem. You'll work directly with enterprise clients and technology partners, particularly Microsoft's AI team, to architect and implement AI-driven compliance solutions that seamlessly integrate with existing enterprise workflows.

The position requires a strong technical background with at least 4 years of software engineering experience, including significant expertise in API design and integration development. You'll need to demonstrate both technical leadership and excellent communication skills as you'll be representing Norm AI to partners and clients.

Key responsibilities include building and leading an integration engineering team, establishing technical standards, driving product strategy, and ensuring proper translation of regulatory requirements into technical solutions. You'll work with major platforms like Microsoft 365, Salesforce, Adobe, G Suite, and Slack.
