Responsibilities For Solutions Engineer - IC

  • Own technical sales deliverables and master competitive landscape
  • Provide front-end sales support with customized product demonstrations
  • Deliver impactful demonstrations at client sites
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop demo environments and materials
  • Support the sales process throughout the sales cycle
  • Contribute to solution marketing efforts
  • Address product inquiries and serve as interface between Product and Partnerships
  • Support new and ongoing Proof of Concepts/Pilots

Requirements For Solutions Engineer - IC

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 3-5 years of Sales Engineering / Solutions Engineering experience in SaaS/PaaS
  • Deep understanding of healthcare industry and healthcare IT systems
  • Exceptional demo skills
  • Strong ability to connect customer business problems with software solutions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
  • Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time
  • Location in a major domestic airline hub city
