This role focuses on designing, developing, and optimizing business processes that enhance customer interaction with products and services. The position combines technical expertise with customer-centric solution development, requiring skills in both frontend development and customer experience optimization.

As a CX Developer, you'll be responsible for improving user journeys and ensuring seamless experiences across different platforms. The role involves working with various technologies including RPA, Omni-Channel Contact Center solutions, and AI-Driven tools. You'll collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather requirements, develop technical solutions, and implement customer experience improvements.

Responsibilities For Customer Experience (CX) Developer

  • Gather and understand business requirements
  • Collaborate with client and Internal Team to analyze business requirements
  • Develop Customer Requirements Documents
  • Develop Functional and Technical Design Documents
  • Develop Test Plan based on the Design Documents
  • Develop Implementation Plan of the Design Documents
  • Develop, test, deploy and optimize CX solutions
  • Work on Projects, Sprint and Change Requests
  • Develop Built Document and Standard Operating Procedures Documents

Requirements For Customer Experience (CX) Developer

JavaScript
Java
  • Familiar with different Project methodology – Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid
  • Familiar with Software Development
  • Experience with CX products such as RPA, Contact Center Products
  • Understanding of API integration
  • Familiar with JSON, REST, JAVA, JavaScript, ASP.NET
  • Good Communication skills
  • Good Analytic and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
  • Ability to work in extended hours
