Board Design Engineer, LDE

We are seeking a Design Engineer to join our team at NVIDIA. In this role, you will collaborate with other key design teams to develop NVIDIA's next generation GPU-based products including GeForce, Quadro, Tesla, and Server products. As a Board Design Engineer, LDE, your responsibilities will include:

• Being the product hardware design owner for GPU-based products
• Researching advanced circuit and board-level solutions for future-generation chips
• Working with component vendors for customized parts
• Schematic concept design, component selection, and Bill of Material generation with cost optimization
• Board/System level Hardware debug and responsibility for product design issues throughout the lifecycle
• Collaborating with SI, EMI, Layout, mechanical, thermal, and operation teams to optimize product design
• Working with the silicon solution team to develop peripheral circuit design

We're looking for candidates with:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• 3+ years of work experience
• Experience with design tools (such as OrCAD, Concept, Allegro, etc.)
• Proven ability to deliver complex projects from specification through to production
• Experience in areas such as Design for Manufacturing/Compliance/Reliability, Signal/Power Integrity Design, High-speed interface design, PCB layout, and System interconnection
