Description For Distinguished Engineer - Simulation Scenario and Asset Management

NVIDIA is seeking a Distinguished Engineer for Simulation Scenario and Asset Management. This role involves leading and designing next-generation scenario database management and serving architecture, as well as designing the next-generation asset management system. The ideal candidate will collaborate with various teams including Autonomous Vehicle, Robotics, and Omniverse.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing next-generation scenario and asset management systems
  • Partnering with applied research and research organizations
  • Collaborating with AV, Robotics, and Omniverse teams
  • Establishing positive relationships with internal partners

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of experience in simulation systems related to AV, robotics, or similar industries
  • Deep understanding of AV algorithms and AI algorithms in AV production systems
  • Proven experience in designing and building scalable software systems
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields
  • Broad experience in cloud infrastructure and large-scale data management systems
  • In-depth experience in data-driven development
