NVIDIA, a leader in high-performance computing, gaming, and AI, is seeking a Principal Silicon Circuits System Design Engineer to join their Silicon Solutions Team. This role represents a unique opportunity to work at the cutting edge of semiconductor technology and product development.

The position involves working with pre-production silicon in new process technologies to optimize performance, power, yield, and quality for groundbreaking products. You'll be responsible for building methodologies for both pre and post-silicon stages, working with analog, digital, and mixed-signal circuits. As a Principal Engineer, you'll drive new feature initiatives across multiple business units, designing next-generation product features crucial for performance and power optimization. The ideal candidate will bring 15+ years of experience (with BS) or 13+ years (with MS) in relevant fields, demonstrating expertise in silicon bringup, circuit analysis, and system design.   • Evaluate and work with pre-production silicon in new process technologies

Requirements For Principal Silicon Circuits System Design Engineer

Linux
  • BS with 15+ years or MS with 13+ years experience in EE, CE, CS, or Systems Engineering
  • Excellent problem-solving, collaborative, and interpersonal skills
  • Background in board PDN design and chip-level dI/dt analysis
  • Hands-on experience with silicon bringup and lab tools
  • Experience with product binning methods and optimization techniques
  • Knowledge of critical path analysis and process technologies
  • Familiarity with Perl, C/C++, Windows and Linux OS
  • Experience with power supply and substrate noise analysis
  • Knowledge of digital design and computer architecture
