Senior Algorithm Engineer -- Autonomous Vehicles

NVIDIA is seeking a Senior Algorithm Engineer to join their DRIVE Road Structure, Online Mapping, and Context Fusion team, focusing on shaping the future of autonomous driving. This role is central to developing comprehensive 3D world models that enable vehicles to navigate complex roads and intersections across the U.S. and Europe.

The position offers an opportunity to work at the cutting edge of autonomous vehicle technology, where you'll be responsible for developing core autonomous driving features by integrating state-of-the-art perception DNNs with map data. You'll create real-time 3D world models, design enriched bird's-eye-view (BEV) models, and construct fused static obstacle and occupancy grids for complex urban environments.

As a senior member of the team, you'll have significant leadership responsibilities, including guiding technical initiatives, mentoring team members, and ensuring the development of reliable algorithms that meet automotive quality and safety standards. The role requires a strong background in computer science with at least 12 years of experience, including specific expertise in autonomous vehicles or robotics.

NVIDIA offers a competitive compensation package with a base salary range of $224,000 - $356,500 USD, plus equity and benefits.
