NVIDIA is developing processor and system architectures at the forefront of accelerating machine learning, automotive and high-performance computing platforms. As a Senior DFX Architect, you will drive major aspects of DFX architecture and methodology for NVIDIA's family of products, including GPUs, custom processors, and accelerators. You'll define, prototype, and deploy next-generation DFX architectures and methodologies across all products, focusing on high-speed test access architectures, in-system-test architecture, ISO26262 functional safety diagnostic for in-field testing, silicon debug & bring-up, productization, and silicon life-cycle management. You'll collaborate with multi-functional teams to craft key DFX architectures and methodologies to meet system-level safety diagnostic test quality, in-field test quality, and advanced defect screening for automotive, industrial, and robotics safety platforms. This role requires a strong background in DFX architectures, system architectures, test quality improvement, and/or ASIC design, with knowledge of high-speed interface architectures and safety & security concepts. NVIDIA offers competitive salaries, generous benefits, and the opportunity to work on unique challenges in a forward-thinking environment.
