NVIDIA is seeking a Senior DFX Methodology Engineer to join their team. This role involves working on groundbreaking innovations in Design-for-Test (DFT) architecture, verification, and post-silicon validation for some of the industry's most complex semiconductor chips.
Key responsibilities include:
- Implementing state-of-the-art designs in test access mechanisms, I1149.1, I1500, I1687, IO BIST, memory BIST, scan and array dump, and DFX security methodology
- Developing and deploying DFT methodologies for next-generation products
- Mentoring junior engineers on test designs and trade-offs, including cost and quality
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal design solutions
The ideal candidate should have:
- BSEE with 5+ years of experience or MSEE with 3+ years of experience (or PhD) in DFT or related domains
- Excellent analytical skills in verification and validation of test patterns and logic on complex designs
- Experience in silicon debug and bring-up on ATE
- Strong programming and scripting skills in Perl, Python, or Tcl
- Knowledge of DFT security and hardware system security (a plus)
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
