Description For SRAM CAD Engineer - New College Grad 2025

NVIDIA, the world leader in accelerated computing, is seeking a SRAM CAD Engineer to join their Advanced Technology Group (ATG). This role combines software development with hardware design, focusing on developing and maintaining CAD infrastructure for NVIDIA's SRAM team. As part of ATG, you'll work alongside process, CAD, design, and test engineers, collaborating closely with foundry partners and internal design groups.

Responsibilities For SRAM CAD Engineer - New College Grad 2025

  • Develop, support, and maintain CAD infrastructure for the SRAM team
  • Develop utilities to extract, store, and track metrics data from analysis flows
  • Design dashboards using internal tools to display metrics
  • Design GUIs to help enhance user experience
  • Write flows to manage SRAM PDK and IP release
  • Develop heuristics to collect and analyze SRAM PPA data on NVIDIA products
  • Interface and collaborate with other CAD/design teams

Requirements For SRAM CAD Engineer - New College Grad 2025

Python
  • Pursuing or recently completed a BS degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science or equivalent experience
  • Programming experience in Python is a must
  • Strong programming, problem-solving, and communication skills
