NVIDIA, the world leader in accelerated computing, is seeking a System Software Engineer for their Silicon Solution Group (SSG). This role focuses on post-silicon validation automation with tool integration, quality, and compliance control. As part of SSG, you'll be responsible for productizing NVIDIA's chips into groundbreaking consumer, professional, server, mobile, and automotive solutions. The position requires extensive experience in validation tools development, strong programming skills, and system validation knowledge.

The role combines software engineering expertise with hardware understanding, requiring you to work with various teams including board design, silicon solution, software, and application engineering. You'll be developing and maintaining platform/silicon validation infrastructure, automating processes, and ensuring quality control of tools and infrastructure.

  • Get familiar with NVIDIA's design and verification development environment, flow, and process
  • Brainstorm with various teams to determine requirements and methodologies for platform/silicon validation infrastructure
  • Integrate existing applications or develop new ones for chip/product feature qualifications
  • Build innovative ways to automate and expand infrastructure/tools validation
  • Drive test plans for new features of the infrastructure/tools
  • Drive the compliance flow of the infrastructure/tools
  • Work on technical and process issues to define better workflows
  • Architect next-generation product features

  • MS in EE, CE, CS, or Systems Engineering (or equivalent experience)
  • 10+ years of validation tools development experience
  • Strong skills in Python, C/C++, Javascript
  • Good system validation knowledge, including CPU, memory, GPU, PCIE, and thermal/power control
  • Experience with QA flow management or project management
  • Good communication and organization skills
  • Logical approach to problem-solving and task prioritization skills
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal
