Description For Support Engineer (Zoho & CRM Tools)

Octopus Energy, a leading renewable energy company in Spain, is seeking a Support Engineer to join their Energy Services team. This role combines technical expertise with business process optimization, focusing on Zoho CRM customization and integration.

The position offers a unique opportunity to work for a company committed to renewable energy and changing household energy consumption patterns. As a Support Engineer, you'll be responsible for customizing and developing Zoho applications, implementing integrations, providing technical support, and optimizing business processes through automation.

Responsibilities For Support Engineer (Zoho & CRM Tools)

  • Customize, develop and integrate Zoho applications according to business needs
  • Configure and customize CRM, including creation of custom modules, fields, workflows and validation rules
  • Provide technical support to internal teams
  • Develop and automate scripts to optimize repetitive tasks
  • Implement integrations with other tools using APIs and Zoho Flow
  • Collaborate in custom application development
  • Generate analysis and reports for strategic decision making
  • Document processes and train teams in Zoho use and customization

Requirements For Support Engineer (Zoho & CRM Tools)

JavaScript
  • 1 year experience in development or technical support with CRM tools, ideally Zoho
  • Technical skills: Programming, script automation, API integration, and report generation
  • Analytical capacity and teamwork skills
  • Autonomy and proactivity
  • Native Spanish and professional English
