Senior Software Engineer - nodejs, Workflows Operations

Okta, The World's Identity Company, is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join their Workflow Integration Services team in Bengaluru. As the leading independent provider of identity for the enterprise, Okta enables organizations to securely connect the right people to the right technologies.

The role focuses on building and maintaining the platform that helps internal and external developers integrate third-party services with Okta's product suite. You'll be working on the Okta Workflows Services team, whose mission is to facilitate seamless integration between Okta and various third-party applications through the Okta Integration Network (OIN).

As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll be responsible for technical leadership within the team, building and designing solutions that scale, and maintaining platform reliability and performance. The position requires expertise in NodeJS development, API integrations, and cloud infrastructure, with a focus on creating robust deployment pipelines and tooling.

The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of software development experience, strong knowledge of NodeJS, and a proven track record of building and maintaining mission-critical systems. You'll be working in a hybrid environment, requiring 3 days of in-person presence in the Bengaluru office, collaborating with cross-functional teams including Product Development, QA, and Site Reliability Engineering.
