Senior Software Engineer, Organisations (Auth0)

Okta, The World's Identity Company, is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join their Organizations team within Auth0. This role focuses on expanding Auth0's capabilities to help B2B SaaS applications manage access for their customers and partners at scale. The position involves working with NodeJS (JavaScript and TypeScript) and PostgreSQL, with services running on AWS and Azure.

The Organizations team is responsible for making it possible for enterprise SaaS users to log in with the right permissions within the right context, and for B2B customers to easily onboard access for their customers. The work is cross-cutting and heavily customer-driven, requiring a keen eye for good user experiences and the ability to solve complex problems at scale.

As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll be instrumental in designing and delivering powerful enterprise functionality, both for the login flow and Auth0's management capabilities. The role combines technical leadership with hands-on development, requiring expertise in Node.js, API development, and cloud technologies. You'll work in a collaborative environment, mentoring other engineers while contributing to architectural decisions and codebase improvements.

The ideal candidate brings strong experience in full-stack development, with particular emphasis on building reliable and scalable systems. Knowledge of IAM/OAuth2, DevOps culture, and application security would be particularly valuable.
