As a founding member of our Sales Engineering team, you will be the voice of our customer and go 0 to 1 on our most important sales initiatives. With a deep understanding of developer tools and a passion for problem-solving, you'll work closely with our strategic customers to ensure they get the most value from the OneSchema product.
You'll own the process of securing the technical win with customers in the sales process. You will conduct technical demos, debug customer issues, and work cross-functionally with Account Executive and Engineers to give customers a best-in-class experience. Many of our prospective customers have technical questions, so you'll need to become an expert on the product and be comfortable learning new technical concepts quickly.
You'll report directly to the Chief Executive Officer and also collaborate closely with our CPO, product, engineering, and solutions engineering teams. Because we are a highly collaborative, close-knit team, our entire engineering team works from our office 5 days a week in downtown San Francisco.
