Description For Software Engineer I

You'll work with modern technologies including ReactJS, Javascript, GraphQL, and NodeJS in an agile environment. Your daily responsibilities will involve optimizing applications for performance and scalability while tackling unique technical challenges. The role requires strong collaboration with product, UX, and platform engineering teams.

Responsibilities For Software Engineer I

  • Write robust, highly performant, well-crafted code
  • Design and develop well-structured and easy-to-consume APIs
  • Implement unit and integration tests to improve and maintain high code coverage

  • BA/BS in a computer-science-related discipline or equivalent experience required
  • Proficiency in Java, C++, and C# or equivalent program languages is required
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of data structures and algorithms
  • Working knowledge of Python, JavaScript, ReactJS, and NodeJS preferred
  • Working knowledge of GraphQL APIs preferred
  • Working knowledge of event-driven architecture and Kafka preferred
  • Working knowledge of ElasticSearch/OpenSearch preferred
