Account Cloud Engineer HeatWave

Oracle is seeking an experienced Account Cloud Engineer for their HeatWave team, focusing on driving cloud adoption and customer success. This role combines technical expertise in cloud computing, databases, and analytics with customer-facing responsibilities. As an Account Cloud Engineer, you'll work directly with strategic customers to design and implement cloud solutions, lead technical presentations, and drive customer workshops. You'll be responsible for supporting customers throughout their journey from proof of concept to production deployment, while creating valuable technical assets and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.

The ideal candidate brings 6-10+ years of experience in technical roles, with strong expertise in database systems, cloud technologies, and analytics platforms. Knowledge of multiple languages (Arabic, English, Russian) is required, making this role particularly suited for multilingual professionals with strong technical backgrounds.
