Account Cloud Engineer - SMB - West Africa

Oracle is seeking an experienced Account Cloud Engineer to join their SMB team in West Africa. This role combines technical expertise with customer-facing responsibilities, focusing on helping enterprises transform through cloud technology. As a trusted advisor, you'll guide customers through complex transformation initiatives using Oracle's full-stack cloud and AI solutions.

The position requires a blend of deep technical knowledge and strong communication skills, as you'll be designing end-to-end cloud architectures while articulating complex solutions to both technical and business stakeholders. With 8-10+ years of technology experience required, including significant cloud platform expertise, you'll be working across multiple locations in West Africa including Dakar, Casablanca, and Accra.

Key aspects of the role include solution architecture, technical pre-sales, customer advisory, and cross-functional team leadership. You'll be responsible for creating and presenting technical proposals, conducting demonstrations, and ensuring customer success through proper cloud adoption and governance.
