Oracle Health & AI is a new organization focusing on product development and strategy for Oracle Health, building a complete platform supporting modernized, automated healthcare. The Oracle Digital Assistant (ODA) team within this organization is evolving rapidly to provide Generative AI solutions for healthcare and enterprise domains. They are seeking ML scientists, Data Engineers, Software Development Engineers, Product/Program Managers, and ML engineers to build industry-leading solutions. The work involves New Feature Development for CDA Specialty Expansion & Innovation, Language & Region Expansion, Software Development, ML Engineering, MLOps, LLMOps, Applied ML Sciences, and ML Research, with a huge focus on GenAI capabilities. The role requires strong expertise in Python programming, Deep Learning frameworks, and understanding of LLMs, LLMOps, and Generative AI. Responsibilities include developing ML models, preparing data pipelines, delivering state-of-the-art ML solutions for healthcare problems, and mentoring junior data scientists.
Responsibilities For Applied Scientist 3
- Deliver ML solutions using Python and Deep Learning frameworks
- Develop ML models using various techniques
- Prepare data pipelines and feature engineering pipelines
- Deliver state-of-the-art ML solutions for healthcare domain
- Drive selection of methods and techniques for solutions
- Mentor and lead junior data scientists
- Contribute to peer reviews, team learning, and best practices
- Work with LLM Systems, LLMOps, Prompt Engineering, and RAG systems
Requirements For Applied Scientist 3
- Bachelor's Degree with relevant experience; Master's degree preferred
- 5+ Years of Experience
- Strong understanding of LLMs, GenAI, Prompt Engineering and Copilot
- Exposure to real-world MLOps deploying models into production
- Knowledge of working in a cloud environment
- Strong expertise in Python programming and Deep Learning frameworks
- Knowledge of Classification, Prediction, Recommender Systems, Time Series Forecasting, Anomaly Detection, Optimization, Graph ML, NLP
- Ability to use existing libraries and design algorithms ground-up
- Strong program management skills
- Experience in LLM Systems and LLMOps
- Prior experience with Prompt Engineering and RAG systems
