As a Senior Principal Software Engineer in the Foundational Services organisation at Oracle, you will play a pivotal role in delivering cutting-edge SaaS capabilities for Oracle's market-leading SaaS products. The SaaS Engine is a next-generation platform designed to revolutionise SaaS ownership by leveraging advanced technologies like AI, polyglot databases, high-performance computing, and user centric design.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Architecting the SaaS Engine using state-of-the-art technologies
  • Driving innovation to enhance the SaaS Engine's capabilities
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Providing technical leadership and mentorship

Technical skills required:

  • Expertise in cloud native principles and architectures
  • Proficiency in API-driven architecture
  • Experience with cloud native technologies (Kubernetes, Docker, serverless compute)
  • Knowledge of multiple database technologies
  • Programming proficiency in at least one language (e.g., C, C++, Java, Python)
