Oracle is seeking an experienced Cloud Delivery Engineer to be an authority on Oracle's customer cloud journey. This is a hands-on role focused on assisting Oracle customers in implementing best practices to enhance the value of Oracle Products and Oracle Cloud.
As a Cloud Delivery Engineer, you'll be responsible for ACS customer service solutions for private and public multi-cloud technologies including Infrastructure, Networks, IaaS, PaaS and Middleware, Database (DBaaS) and Applications(SaaS). You'll work with service solutions including Systems Management, Backup & Recovery, High availability, Disaster Recovery and Security.
The role requires a solution-oriented attitude and deep understanding of Customer Business and industry requirements to derive the best service solutions for provisioning and operations. You'll be working with Oracle's top-tier customers, providing technical expertise and guidance in cloud adoption and implementation.
Key technical requirements include expertise in cloud architecture, hands-on experience with OCI and other major cloud platforms, proficiency in programming languages like Python, Java or C++, and strong knowledge of DevOps practices.
