Demonstration Engineer - Knowledge Management & Internal Help Desk

As a Demo Content Engineer, you will design and produce highly impactful demonstrations that are foundational to Oracle's sales strategy - effectively communicating our innovation, excellence, and vision to prospective customers.

Oracle's Demonstration Services Group is seeking a talented and detail-oriented individual with hands-on experience in Oracle Knowledge Management, Internal Help Desk (IHD), and Fusion Interviews to join our elite team. You will be responsible for crafting realistic, engaging, and technically accurate demo scenarios in the form of Oracle Modern Best Practices that reflect Oracle's complete capabilities across the Enterprise.

As a key contributor to Oracle's demo content development, you will work collaboratively with teams across product development, solution engineering, and sales to design compelling, technically accurate, and user-centric demonstration flows. Your work will directly impact how Oracle engages with its customers and showcases the capabilities of its cloud platform. This role is equal parts solution architect, storyteller, and creative technologist.
