Engineer, CSS OU DevOps

The CSS OU DevOps organization provides 24x7 global support and continuous development for critical technical lab environments and infrastructure, spanning both on-premises and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) platforms.

As a DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless delivery of technical training through expert support, infrastructure monitoring, and environment deployment. The role requires strong technical skills in Linux, containerization, automation, and cloud technologies, combined with excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.

You will work in a dynamic, customer-facing environment that demands exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt to changing business needs. The position involves participating in a rotating shift schedule to provide continuous global support, making it ideal for self-driven professionals who thrive in collaborative settings.

Key technical requirements include proficiency in Linux OS, virtualization technologies, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), automation tools (Ansible, GitLab, Jenkins), and monitoring platforms (Grafana, Jaeger).
