Engineering Scrum Master, Navigator Platform

Oracle Customer Success Services (CSS) assists customers with their requirements for cutting-edge applications and solutions. We are expanding our CSS products and need talent to drive and contribute to the development of new cloud-native and data-driven digital transformation.

As an Agile Scrum Master in Scaled Agile (SAFe) Project Management, you will work with our product development teams and lead them on their Agile journey. You'll work on a highly collaborative team that values speed and quality, with a strong desire to drive change and foster a positive work environment. Your responsibilities will include coaching team members, proactively eliminating barriers, and facilitating team delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate collaboration between cross-functional teams across the globe
• Advocate agile principles and ensure practices are effectively followed
• Eliminate impediments and foster an environment for high-performing team dynamics
• Facilitate daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo, and retrospective meetings
• Support technical leads and product owners in managing the backlog and defining initiatives scope
• Communicate with technical teams, stakeholders, and executive leaders
• Create and maintain project roadmaps, implementation plans, and reporting
• Track and report team and project metrics
• Identify project risks and issues, assist in developing mitigation plans
• Manage multiple agile teams and projects simultaneously

Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager
• Experience with enterprise-scale application development in cloud, API, and microservices
• Strong understanding of Scrum and Kanban principles
• Certification: SAFe Scrum Master / PMI-ACP / Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
• Strong communication skills
• Experience with Agile project management tools (JIRA, Confluence)
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment and lead teams to excellence
