Description For ETL Developer (US citizenship required)

Oracle is seeking a skilled ETL Developer to join their Product Development organization. This role requires US citizenship and focuses on supporting data warehousing products and cloud BI solutions. The position combines technical expertise in ETL processes with customer support responsibilities.

The ideal candidate will work closely with development teams to provide timely support to customers while identifying and implementing process automation opportunities. Key responsibilities include managing FDI Data pipeline operations, building proactive issue detection tools, and performing root cause analysis to develop automated solutions.

Responsibilities For ETL Developer (US citizenship required)

  • Running FDI Data pipeline operations in lights out mode
  • Build tools to proactively detect issues with data pipeline
  • Perform root cause analysis and build automations
  • Address customer issues within defined SLAs
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to formulate solutions
  • Gather logs, configuration details and reproduce reported issues
  • Recommend and implement solutions for customers

Requirements For ETL Developer (US citizenship required)

  • BS or higher degree in Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent
  • 3+ years of experience supporting business customers on Cloud/On-premise BI Application
  • Experience in SQL/PL-SQL and excellent debugging skills
  • Good programming skills in Python / Java / JavaScript
  • Understanding of Web Application Architecture
  • Experience in performance tuning SQL and understanding ETL pipelines
  • Experience with CI/CD and development tools
  • Must be a US Citizen
  • Strong logical/critical thinking and problem resolution skill
