Responsibilities For Field Support Manager

  • Manage 24/7 operations in Cloud Hardware Support across Data Center sites
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through SLA/OLA compliance
  • Participate in Manager on Duty oncall rotation program
  • Lead resource planning to meet SLAs and presence requirements
  • Manage customer relationships and handle escalated issues
  • Coordinate with multiple teams including DCO, Build, and Incident Managers
  • Drive KPI and metrics improvement for Oracle businesses
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and training to team members
  • Implement operational process improvements
  • Participate in talent review and performance management

Requirements For Field Support Manager

Linux
  • 6 to 10+ years of experience
  • Deep technical knowledge in physical aspects of IT Service Delivery
  • Experience with OCI system tools and processes
  • Understanding of escalation and incident management processes
  • Strong communication skills at all levels
  • People management experience
  • Security clearance required
  • English language proficiency
