Java Software Engineer (Clearance Required)

Oracle Government, Defense and Intelligence is seeking an experienced Java Software Engineer who requires and must maintain a TS/SCI with Poly clearance. The role focuses on implementing Oracle-based solutions using industry best practices and technology designs. The ideal candidate will work independently to deliver high-quality solutions to customers.

The position involves complex duties leveraging domain expertise in Oracle products and technology. The engineer will lead solution design and implementation aspects of engagements, ensuring integrated software solutions within time and budget constraints. Key responsibilities include requirements interpretation, translating customer needs into system development tasks, and identifying business development opportunities.

Technical requirements include 2-3 years of Python and Java experience with documentation skills, Linux proficiency, testing framework experience (junit), and 3-4 years of DevOps experience with infrastructure as code (ansible, terraform, kubernetes). Cloud technology expertise and networking knowledge are essential.
