  • Lead a team of Client Success Managers
  • Achieve quarterly targets for renewal rates
  • Build team and improve internal processes
  • Establish and measure group goals and team performance
  • Conduct regular training and mentor Client Success Managers
  • Interview and make hiring decisions
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide career development coaching
  • Provide regular performance metrics to senior management

Requirements For Manager, Client Success

  • 5+ years of dynamically increased responsibilities in customer facing sales and account management roles
  • 7 years of professional experience with at least 2 years of people management experience
  • Experience with leading sales and/or account management teams
  • Deep knowledge in Customer Success and cloud services
  • Ability to quickly build trust and confidence with business stakeholders
  • Experience in renewals
  • English language proficiency
