Oracle Customer Success Services (CSS) is seeking a Master Principal Cloud Architect to join their Global Cloud Solutions (GCS) team. This role involves assuming strategic ownership of CSS portfolio domains, building compelling service offerings featuring the latest Oracle technologies, and engaging in cross-LOB collaboration. The ideal candidate will have 20+ years of IT services experience, deep knowledge in cloud technologies (OCI, Azure, AWS, GCP), and expertise in various Oracle products and technical disciplines. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver services for global customers with mission-critical estates in multicloud enterprise environments
- Specialize in evolving areas of cloud architecture, focusing on security, reliability, and operability
- Incubate services from Oracle and partners in prototypes, demos, and package for delivery-ready implementations
- Maintain deep knowledge in technology specialization and act as a trusted advisor
- Present and interact with executive management and C-Level executives
- Articulate service and technology solutions in terms of business value and risk
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering (Master's or Ph.D. preferred)
- 20+ years of IT services experience
- Expertise in cloud technologies (OCI, Azure, AWS, GCP)
- Experience with Oracle products and technologies (OCI, Engineered systems, storage, enterprise applications)
- Familiarity with development tools, DevOps, data science services, and networking & security
- One or more cloud certifications (Oracle, AWS, Microsoft, Google)
- Strong customer-facing presentation and interaction skills
