Description For Oracle Fusion HCM Support Engineer

Oracle is seeking a talented Fusion HCM Support Engineer to join their growing cloud team. This role combines technical expertise with customer support, focusing on providing post-sales support and solutions to Oracle's customer base. As a Support Engineer, you'll be responsible for resolving technical issues, troubleshooting product implementations, and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.

The position requires a strong technical foundation with good SQL knowledge and understanding of HCM systems. You'll work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, requiring excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts clearly. The role involves investigating and learning the latest cloud technologies while influencing product supportability and usability.

Responsibilities For Oracle Fusion HCM Support Engineer

  • Provide post-sales support and solutions to Oracle customer base
  • Resolve technical questions regarding use and troubleshooting of Electronic Support Services
  • Act as primary point of contact for customers
  • Provide technical interface to customers, OEMs and VARs
  • Investigate and learn latest technology and upcoming fusion products
  • Troubleshoot issues and analyze details with incomplete or ambiguous data
  • Work independently while researching, developing, testing and documenting solutions
  • Act as POC to customers implementing HCM solution

Requirements For Oracle Fusion HCM Support Engineer

  • B.S. degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or equivalent work experience
  • Fluent in English – both written and verbal
  • Good level of SQL knowledge
  • Some experience in implementation, support, consulting and/or development in HCM
  • Diagnostics and troubleshooting abilities
  • Communication skills with ability to provide advice to technical and non-technical customers
