Oracle Customer Success Services (CSS) is seeking a Fusion SaaS ERP Implementation Support Engineer to join their team in London. This role is crucial in supporting over 6,000 companies worldwide with their Oracle technology implementations.
As part of the CSS team, you'll work with UK Secure Government Customers, helping manage, support, and improve their experience with Oracle Fusion SaaS and PaaS. The position requires a strong background in SaaS Application support and a passion for delivering service excellence.
The role involves lifecycle management of SaaS and PaaS solutions, where you'll use your expertise to innovate business and IT processes, improve product adoption, and manage various aspects of implementation. You'll be handling day-to-day queries, creating extensions, managing quarterly releases, and working closely with customer business teams to achieve their KPIs.
Key responsibilities include providing post-sales support, resolving technical and functional issues, and serving as a main point of contact for customers. You'll work with various Oracle teams including Support, Product Management, and XLOB to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have 6-10+ years of experience in Oracle SaaS/Cloud concepts, particularly in Fusion ERP. Security clearance (SC) is required for working with UK Government customers.
