Oracle HCM Data Loader (HDL) - Senior Technical Support Engineer

Position is for a Technical Support Professional with experience in Oracle HCM Data Loader (HDL). The successful candidate will have Technical Skills for HCM Cloud Data Load Technical Support and experience in areas such as Oracle HCM Cloud Modules, SQL and PL/SQL, Data Loader, Data Management Tools, XML and JSON, Web Services and APIs, Excel and CSV, Data Mapping and Transformation, Security and Role Management, Problem-Solving and Debugging, and Customer Service Skills. The role involves providing excellence in customer service support, track-incidence, diagnosis, replication, troubleshooting, and resolution of complicated and critical cases. The focus is on providing Customer Service on a technical and functional level and driving complete resolution of each service incident. Career Level - IC3. The role may require working on weekends and multiple shifts on rotation basis. Education & Experience: B.S (Computer Science) or equivalent preferred. Other qualifications with adequate experience may be considered. 7 years experience with Core products or eight years experience with Applications products, BS Computer Science/Management Information Systems/Science/Engineering/Math/Physics/Chemistry with 3.0 GPA OR proven professional/technical experience in Oracle HCM / Oracle Cloud HCM modules including experience with Oracle HCM Data Loader (HDL).
