Principal Product Manager/Strategy

At Oracle Support Services, we're building innovative products for Oracle's Support organization. We're seeking an experienced product manager to join our Product Management team and leverage Oracle Cloud products. The ideal candidate will drive the design, process, manufacturing, test, quality, and marketing of products from concept to distribution. You'll need a keen eye for gaps in current solutions and an innovative mindset to fill them. With 10+ years of experience, you'll lead cross-functional teams in creating products that improve consumer experience and grow Oracle's market share.

Key responsibilities include:

• Driving product and business planning across cross-functional teams
• Analyzing Support needs, current capabilities, and potential solutions
• Developing and implementing production timelines
• Appraising new product ideas and strategizing go-to-market plans
• Translating product strategy into detailed requirements
• Collaborating with engineering teams on development, QA, and release

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in product design, engineering, or equivalent
• Strong experience in dynamic product management
• Proven experience overseeing software product development lifecycle
• Highly effective cross-functional team management
• Exceptional English writing, editing, presentation, and public speaking skills

Preferred qualifications:

• Software and web development experience
• Experience as a product developer or project manager
• Knowledge in defining and deploying Enterprise level applications

Oracle offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision insurance, disability coverage, 401(k) with company match, paid time off, and more. The hiring range for this role is $87,600 to $199,500 per annum, with potential for bonus and equity.
