Principal Software Engineer - JavaScript

We are seeking a Principal Software Engineer to join the NetSuite Field Service Management (FSM) team in Melbourne, Australia. This role offers an opportunity to work with cutting-edge cloud and platform technologies while influencing the technical strategy and roadmap for a critical NetSuite product.

The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with the Lead Architect, Product Management, Quality Lead, and engineering team to define, design, and implement scalable features. Your expertise will be crucial in guiding architectural decisions and establishing team processes.

As a Principal Engineer, you'll mentor engineers across experience levels while leading complex feature development and sustainability initiatives within the FSM product. Your deep expertise in modern web technologies, particularly JavaScript, React, and Redux, will be essential. Experience in Field Service Management and SuiteCloud development is highly valued.
